Crystal Tears

By Anna D. Watkins c2002

My tears drop in a golden glass

One by one they roll of my eye lash

That's when all the memories start to back flash

As they hit the silky water

Rings appear until the hit the border  of the glass

That's when my heart comes to its complete crash

Every time I hear your name

I try to avoid my tears in shame

And in my heart it's you to blame

If you had never came

I would have never had to say goodbye.....

Enough crystal tears for you to swim in

I have no power that means you will win

I hate but love you with a power

My love was unconditional

That's why in public we put on shows

Like when we'd hug and kiss

Or when I walk away just to dis you

I hate the fact I really miss you

These crystal tears never end

Unlike from north to south

Were talking east to west

You even passed my love test

I thought you were different from the rest.....

My tears drop in a golden glass

They will forever last
