Mom learned about generalization and relearning in new places and tunnels.

Tunnels with big curves. and little curves.

Wilderness Camping Skills

We went on a wilderness campout.

We made a shelter, fires without matches
and hung out with packs of dogs and
their trainers. My favorite thing was getting sticks and making a sleeping shelter.

I wanted to stay in the sleeping shelter the whole night, but I had to go back to the tent.

 
We carried everything we needed in our backs

I found out I could help mom with the tent by pushing
out the air!

Of course snuggling with my Mom is good.

DSA provides a great group of trainers and their dogs. We work together to build skills to. Dog Scouts are a busy bunch of people and dogs!  DSA mission is to increase awareness about the human/companion animal bond, and to promote responsible dog ownership.
