This is a Viking Fortress on Oland in Sweden from 300 BC

This is a Roman Fortress at the Northern Site in Germnay in Bad Homburg.

The Castle Road

Our first castle was a fort in Oland, Sweden it was a Viking Fortress. It was shaped like a circle and had little buildings inside it.

Then we went to a Roman Fort in Bad Homburg, Germany. This was interesting. They even had heating systems for hot baths.

In Heidelburg, Germany we visited a Castle and then we traveled along the Castle Road in Germany. We stopped at Homburg and climbed around in the ruins.

This is what we saw on Castle Road.

In Bavaria we visited King Ludwig II's castles and saw his parent's castle. His parents thought he was crazy.
