  We flew on Iceland Air. We watched movies and they had good food.. |
Our first stop was Iceland after waiting for a bird to be removed from the engine of our plane...then they flew in a new engine...then it took 26 hours to go...At last we got to Iceland...only to miss our next plane to Europe! Iceland was found by the Vikings. The people still speak the language of the Vikings. It is one of the oldest still living languages. Learn More About Iceland
The horses on Iceland came with the Vikings 1000 years ago. None of the horses can leave and none can come on the island, they want to keep the breed pure.
