 Kissing a smoker is like licking an ashtray -  that is my saying. It is true smoking is nasty. It smells and it makes yo teeth all yellow and black. That is gross! Yuck smoking has killed a lot of people and it gives poor babies asthma. I have asthma. It is not fun to live with trust me! Your killing yourself so don't smoke. You can say NO! That makes you the bigger person. Do you really want astray breath? For the record gum does not help.

Stay tough - Don't smoke!  Who cares what your friends say and do. This is you and your body! Did you know there are at least 4,000 chemicals in tobacco smoke and many of these are also in chewing tobacco! At least 40 of the 4,000 can cause cancer! So if you smoke -- Think about what goes into you!

Don't smoke. I try to stay away from that stuff because I don't want to mess up my life. I want to fulfill my dream of being a singer and be very healthy. People know it's bad to smoke, ya just do it anyway. Ya' really don't look cool, ya just think ya do and then when you want to quit your hooked. Keep it real with yourself and don't even think about smoking.
